What you need to do:
• Partner Acquisition and Retention: Actively expand the affiliate network by recruiting new strategic partners while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing ones.
• Strategic Development and Implementation: Design and execute marketing strategies to enhance the performance of affiliate programs utilizing CPA, RevShare, and hybrid models.
• Relationship Management: Maintain daily communication with partners, provide support, resolve issues, and negotiate improved collaboration terms.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Analyze partner performance and prepare detailed reports on key metrics, including registrations, active users, revenue, and conversion rates.
• Promotional Material Development: Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as banners, landing pages, promo codes, and other resources for affiliate use.
What hard skills do you need to have:
• Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role, preferably within the iGaming or affiliate marketing industry.
• iGaming Market Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of the gambling industry, including compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Flexibility and Travel Readiness: Willingness to attend industry events, such as conferences and forums, to strengthen partnerships.
• Global Collaboration: Experience working with international markets and scaling affiliate networks worldwide.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with traffic analytics tools and CRM systems.
