Sales Development Representative Offline

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as an SDR in outsourcing or outstaffing IT companies;
  • Knowledge of sales processes and techniques;
  • Good written communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently or in a team;
  • Experience using sales tools and CRM software (Pipedrive);
  • Experience working with various outbound platforms (Email, LinkedIn, etc.);

 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing written communication across various outbound channels (Email, LinkedIn, Telegram) with potential customers to effectively convert warm replies into introductory calls;
  • Converting qualified leads and ensuring their readiness for meetings and calls;
  • Initiating contact with previous leads stored in the CRM system (Pipedrive);
  • Engaging in collaborative work with the Lead Generation and Sales teams;
  • Leveraging CRM, marketing, and sales tools (e.g. Sales Navigator, Pipedrive, Instantly, Expandi, etc) in daily operations;
  • Re-engage past and outdated leads with a personalized approach;
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts and meet KPIs;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system.
