Product manager Offline

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to take full ownership of the Fintech platform, from concept to launch and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Fintech platform and related products/features (API, trading automation platforms), including ideation, development, launch, and post-launch support and product improvements activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT engineering, PMs, design, marketing, legal, and sales) to define product requirements and deliver a seamless user experience.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
• Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision, goals, and KPIs.
• Monitor product performance post-launch, gather user feedback, and iterate to improve the platform.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and decisions.

   

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the financial services industry. Alternatively, experience in the gambling or betting industry with a track record of successful gaming product launches.
• Strong understanding of trading platforms, financial instruments, and risk management, gamification of user experience.
• Strong understanding of math models and pricing calculation
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Experience:

• 3+ years of product management experience in trading services. An experience in gaming/gambling industries will be as a plus.
• Familiarity with trading platforms, APIs, and financial technology.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for financial trading products.
• Experience with user-centric design and data-driven decision-making.
