Customer Support Specialist (Night shifts) Offline

Responsibilities

— Provide customer consultations regarding Forex broker operations through: Online chat, Email, Facebook page

— Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries

— Understand customer issues, analyze their concerns, develop their thoughts, and guide them on the best course of action for their situation

— Approach each inquiry with individual attention

— Genuinely desire to help customers

— Treat every customer as a VIP

— Maintain and enhance the positive image of the company during interactions with customers
 

Requirements

— Experience in customer care services from 0.5-1 year

— Ability to work 2/2 with night shifts

— Empathy and a customer-first mindset

— Ability to navigate and search within an internal knowledge base effectively

— Creative and non-standard thinking

— Strong analytical skills

— Excellent computer literacy

— Logical mindset, discipline, attention to detail, and responsibility

— Ability to work independently and as part of a team

— Professional and courteous demeanor

— Willingness to learn and grow is highly welcomed

— Knowledge of English at a level not lower than upper-intermediate/advanced

 

Nice to have, but NOT obligatory

— Adaptability

— Knowledge of other languages
