Creatio Business Analyst

Important:
● Expertise in BPMN business process description methodology;
● Knowledge of the Creatio platform;
● Understanding the structure of databases;
● Knowledge and use of UI\UX methods;
● Participation in software development and project implementation.

 

Requirements:
● Knowledge of the main business processes of one of the areas: trade companies, financial organizations (sales, marketing, service);
● Experience in collecting, analyzing, and documenting software requirements;
● Ability to read and write API development requirements
● Ability to develop product functionality using Low Code Creatio (mandatory knowledge of FreedomUI);
● Communicative abilities, skills in conducting meetings and training;
● Fluency in russian and Ukrainian, English – reading technical documentation, and correspondence.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Interview and identify customer needs;
  • Analyze and document software requirements;
  • Form a vision for the implementation project;
  • Provide proposals for optimizing business processes;
  • Configure the system for customer tasks using low-code and no-code tools;
  • Describe business processes and create a system model for the object;
  • Protect and approve the implemented solution with the customer;
  • Conduct training on the effective use of the Creatio platform;
  • Test system functionality;
  • Support and advise customers on working with the Creatio platform;
