Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting expertise
  • Experience with tech position
  • Experience of conducting competency-based interviews
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume recruiting cycles
  • Strong knowledge of common human resources practices
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Upper — Intermediate English or higher
  • Ability to jump between high-level strategy and tactical execution
  • High attention to detail, particularly when it comes to editing job descriptions, messaging candidates, and scheduling
  • Experience in working with an international organization with competing priorities


Responsibilities

  • Build a diverse pool of candidates through proactive market research, candidate relationship management, active search methods, and employee referrals
  • Vet candidates thoroughly and recommend effective interviewing teams to expedite the selection process
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Prioritize candidate experience, maintaining timely and transparent communication throughout the recruitment cycle
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and effectively manage expectations for successful hiring outcomes
