About this position

 

Support team is searching for self-motivated and quality-oriented individuals with deep crypto knowledge who can effectively resolve various clients’ requests and deliver high-class support experience. This position is a fully remote, part-time/full-time job offering.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Fluency in English (at least Intermediate level)
  • Knowledge of crypto industry and trading
  • Ability to multi-task and manage high volume of requests
  • Flexibility in the working schedule, ability to work weekend & night shifts
  • Ability to work 20+ hours/week
  • Customer-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
  • Experience working in customer service is a plus

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Handling requests from clients via the Live Chat, email, and Discord
  • Actively communicate with the team in order to improve the product
  • Effectively resolve clients’ issues while providing a 5-star experience
  • Provide feedback to the management
