Looking For Someone With:
β A service-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask.
β Strong knowledge of IT and mastery of the Software Development Lifecycle.
β Excellent communication skills and attention to detail for manual QA testing.
Qualifications:
β Bachelor's degree in computer science (or similar) or equivalent experience preferred.
β 3+ years in software testing with familiarity in MS Word, Excel, Jira, Postman.
β Experience in SaaS software testing or development is a plus.
Education Requirements
Desired Bachelorβs degree in computer science or comparable degree, or equivalent experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
β Ensure operational readiness & accuracy of software through manual testing.
β Create efficient test case scenarios.
β Document and communicate test results with the team and stakeholders.
β Provide technical support and collaborate on bug reports.
