📌 Skills & Experience:

✅ 3+ years of experience in IT project management.
✅ Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, risk management, and client relationship management.
✅ Understanding of SDLC, HTML/CSS/SQL/JS basics, and project management tools.
✅ Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams (up to 15 people).
✅ Experience working in IT outsourcing companies with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
✅ English proficiency (B1+)
✅ Strong negotiation, organizational, and strategic planning skills.

Preferred Experience:
➕ Managing IT projects in FinTech or blockchain domains.
➕ Handling multiple outsourcing projects simultaneously.
➕ Previous experience with smart contracts or decentralized applications is a plus.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and close projects using Agile methodologies.
• Oversee multiple IT outsourcing projects, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
• Maintain clear communication between stakeholders, UI/UX designers, and developers.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and potential risks in project workflows.
• Optimize team performance through structured planning and task delegation.
• Ensure high-quality project deliverables and adherence to KPIs.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and contribute to process improvements.
