Middle Project Manager to $2200

We’re looking for a reliable Project Manager to support us on a part-time basis, managing one or two projects at a time.

We’re currently at the start of a new project and want to bring in a PM who can take ownership of coordination and keep the process structured and moving forward.
 

What you’ll do:

• Manage and support 1–2 active projects
• Coordinate a small cross-functional team (developers, designers, QA)
• Set up and run regular check-ins (weekly syncs, updates)
• Track tasks, deadlines, and risks
• Keep communication clear between the team and stakeholders
• Ensure the project stays organized, predictable, and on schedule
   

Who we’re looking for:

• 2–3+ years of experience in IT project management
• Experience working with small or mid-sized teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Calm, structured, and reliable in day-to-day work
• Confident English (B2+)
• Not necessarily a “people leader” — we value someone who gets things done
