Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience with design software and wireframe tools. The candidate will need to submit a portfolio of professional design projects that include work with web/mobile applications. 
• Demonstrated experience in designing usable web-based interfaces for complex internal systems. 
• Excellent understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices. 
• Outstanding design skills in visual and interaction design, interactive prototyping, understanding of digital accessibility. 
• A well-developed eye for detail. 
• Experience in collaboration with design and developer teams.
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
   

Will be a plus: 

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles. 

• Experience in conducting user testing sessions. 

   

Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with project leads to conduct user research and analyze business requirements. 
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods. 
• Design user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing, functional, consistent with the brand identity and meet accessibility guidelines. 
• Present and defend your design decisions, ensuring they are grounded in design thinking and fundamental principles. 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
