Your profile

We’re looking for a candidate who embodies the following qualities and skills:

• 4+ years of experience in the Fintech industry as a CMO or in a senior marketing leadership role
• Ability to develop and articulate a clear vision for the product's growth and market positioning
• Expertise in creating and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and user acquisition
• Experience in leading marketing teams
• Proficiency in using data-driven insights to develop new marketing strategies and measure campaign effectiveness

Responsibilities 

As a CMO, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the creation and execution of marketing campaigns
• Leading and guiding the marketing team, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals 
• Leveraging data and analytics to continuously refine marketing efforts, ensuring campaigns’s effectiveness 
• Staying ahead of industry trends, and maintaining the product’s leadership
• Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and managing the marketing budget effectively

• Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to increase brand exposure and thought leadership
