Business Analyst Offline

Our company is engaged in the development of products in the field of lending, microcredit.

We work in absolutely different locations - in this case, we are looking for a business analyst to work on our product in Poland. Relocation, of course, is not required)

Primary requirements:

- Relevant experience;

- Excellent command of English at B2+ level/ Polish - b1+;

- Strong knowledge of SCRUM or KANBAN methodologies;

- Ability to conduct complex discussions about the work of the team with product management and stakeholders;

- Understand the technological components of the platform;

- Analyze the requirements and create a technical description of the work on the feature.

Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for delivering functionality to production, together with the team;

- Manage the backlog of the team: creating, prioritizing, analyzing and researching stories, accepting stories at the end of the sprint based on an accurate deep understanding of the functionality and needs of the business;

- Work closely with the team to achieve sprint goals;

- Build strong and friendly relationships with business users and stakeholders;

- Interact with stakeholders - clarifying requirements, understanding their level of satisfaction with the team and functionality, adjusting team actions according to feedback;

- Conduct and facilitate all team meetings;

- Analyze business requirements, work out the functionality for them, do the necessary research to confirm / refute hypotheses.
