As the Lead of Creative Department/Head of Content, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a diverse team of promo designers, copywriters, and content managers. This position involves guiding the creative lifecycle from concept to execution, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product management, to deliver impactful promotional campaigns and enhance user engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a team of promo designers, copywriters, and content managers.
  • Organize the workflow of the team to ensure timely task completion.
  • Foster team development and provide constructive feedback.
  • Create textual and graphic content for promotional materials and beyond.
  • Publish content on products and verify its correct display.
  • Monitor timelines and quality for all project deliverables.
  • Manage translation and localization tasks for different regions.
  • Launch and configure bonuses and promotional activities.
  • Test all materials and configurations prior to launch.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate promotional campaigns and other activities.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years of experience in the iGaming industry.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage teams (designers, copywriters, content managers) and organize their work.
  • Experience working with various platforms and back offices for content placement, bonus configuration, promotions, and other promotional activities.
  • Background in translation and content localization for different regions, including coordination with translators and adaptation of content to local cultural specifics.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A systematic and structured approach to task execution.
  • English at B1 level or higher.
