Who We’re Looking ForMust-Haves

• 1+ year of managing either design or development projects (or both!)
• Good understanding of how digital products are built
• Great English skills (C1)
• Experience with project management tools
• Love for both design and technology
   

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working with remote teams
• Basic tech knowledge
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma
• Understanding of development processes
