Quality Assurance (QA) Intern
 
Location: Remote (Preference for candidates able to work partially within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone)
 
We are seeking a mission-driven QA Intern to join our diverse team.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 

• Conduct thorough testing of our applications to identify and document defects.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand and resolve issues.
• Create clear and concise tickets, preferably using Linear.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases and processes.
• Apply creative testing methods to uncover potential production issues.
   

Qualifications:
 

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify edge cases.
• Proficiency in documenting test cases and filing detailed tickets.
• Basic understanding of APIs and web application architectures.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and workflows.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with QA automation tools is a plus but not required
   

Requirements:
 

• Ability to work at least partially within the EST time zone.
• Availability to commit to the internship duration as specified.
