Hello! We are Proxy-Seller, a European web data collection product company specialising in providing proxy servers. We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team, who will grow and develop with us

We expect that you:

  • 6+ months in customer support (Intercom/Zendesk experience is a plus) 
  • We have clients worldwide, so written B1-B2 English is a must for us; 
  • The desire and ability for quick learning of technical info (with out help, of cource) 
  • Result-driven: solve complex client cases effectively 
  • AI-first mindset - we love team initiatives! If you know better tools or approaches, we'll test and implement them together.
  • Multi-tasking - the ability to work with approximately 5-7 open chats simultaniously 

     

In terms of technical requirements we have the following ones:

  1. PC/Laptop with uninterrupted power supply from 6-8 hours + uninterrupted internet supply; (mandatory)
  2. RAM from 16 GB or more; (mandatory) 
  3. Windows 10 or 11 operating system;
  4. A headset for communication with the team.

     

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising clients on sales/technical issues via online chat (Intercom);
  • Interacting with other departments of the company to resolve customer issues. 


Hiring prosess: introductory meeting with recruiter > technical interview with Head of CS
