What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who can build trust with clients, create exceptional onboarding experiences, and contribute to the continuous growth of our product.
Must-Haves:
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with data (Excel or Google Sheets).
- A proactive, customer-first mindset with a knack for learning new tools quickly.
🏡 Important: we are looking for a person with the opportunity to work from our office in Kyiv (hybrid possible)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with clients from the US, UK, or Europe.
- Familiarity with business processes (e.g., procurement, finance).
- A background in economics, finance, or related fields.
What You’ll Do
- Guide Clients to Success: Lead them from initial onboarding to full product adoption.
- Run Onboarding Projects: Design workflows, train users, and monitor progress.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, QA, and Customer Success to refine processes.
- Create Resources: Develop guides, FAQs, and other tools for self-service.
- Gather Insights: Use data to enhance processes and improve the client experience.
