Delivery Manager for Telecom/RAN Offline
Job Description
- 6+ years in software development
- Proficiency in managing technical teams (30+ engineers)
- Experience in staffing engineering teams
- Experience in competence development
- Experience in financial planning and tracking
- Telecom/RAN domain experience (preferred)
- Experience with complex communication systems
- Understanding of SDLC of an enterprise-grade scale
- Technical Higher Education, preferable Software development or Telecom
- Strong written and spoken English
Job Responsibilities
- Lead technical teams who contribute to the design, development, testing, and integration of software components
- Support Agile development environment & processes
- Assure smooth delivery process
- Facilitate inter-team communication and cooperation
- Ensure effective communication between GlobalLogic engineering teams and Customer parties
- Handle project stakeholder management
- Work with niche technologies in the Telecom/RAN domain
- Identify and fix competence gaps in the teams
- Run staffing activities
- Handle project financials
