The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Product Analyst to join our innovative team. Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in Product Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Practical experience with Tableau.
• Knowledge of unit economics metrics.
• Analytical mindset with a strong focus on results.
• Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• High level of motivation and eagerness to grow professionally.

As a Plus

• Experience in conducting and evaluating A/B tests.
• Knowledge of product analytics techniques (e.g., RFM analysis, TARS framework).
• Familiarity with unit-economics metrics such as LTV, CAC, and Churn Rate.
• Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Responsibilities:

• A/B Testing: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests, including sample size calculations and post-analysis evaluations.
• Product Metrics Monitoring: Track and respond to changes in product metrics, investigating root causes and proposing solutions.
• User Retention Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify correlations between product metrics and user retention.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing and app teams to align product strategies with business objectives.
• Analytical Support: Provide data-driven insights for product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate product performance against key metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
