Operation Manager (L2 Support) with night shifts by CET timezone
Responsibilities :
- Tracking and handling customer support requests (via CRM, social media, Slack channels, etc.);
- Analyze incoming requests, solve them or transform into tasks and direct to responsible specialists;
- Working with partners for processing support requests;
- Preparing ready-made text scripts (templates) for handling user requests;
- Assignments and tasks from the direct manager.
- Carrying out operations in the software package.
- Operational report on the work performed to the immediate supervisor
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics \Finance(or a related field)
- English Pre-Intermediate level or higher
- Possessing an analytical mindset
- Detail-oriented, attention to detail and responsible
- Reliable and proficient in using a computer
Nice to have:
- Understanding of cryptocurrencies and crypto products
- Experience with 1C, admin panels, or similar programs
