IT Sales manager Offline

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented IT Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in client engagement, able to lead meetings independently or with support from technical experts, and adept at ensuring smooth communication and understanding of our solutions in a niche and technical market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct negotiations with a personalized approach, ensuring a high level of professionalism and the ability to navigate complex discussions effectively to align with client needs and objectives.
  • Effectively involving the right people - technical experts, project managers, or other key participants into the sales process to ensure not only the successful closing of the deal, but also meeting the true needs of the client and building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Manage and optimize sales campaigns, leveraging analytics to identify improvement areas, refine sequencing strategies, and enhance overall campaign execution to drive higher conversion and engagement rates.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, lead generation and marketing teams to provide constructive feedback to improve and increase the effectiveness of the sales process at all stages
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies based on a deep understanding of client needs, market trends, and internal capabilities.

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales manager or a similar role (SDR, BDR, Presale manager ect.) in IT outsourcing firms
  • Confident work experience primarily with large large companies and enterprises
  • Strong understanding of outreach, lead qualification, and sales pipeline management.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and quickly grasp technical concepts.
  • Understanding of SDLC and technical sales workflows.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling pre-sales materials.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • English proficiency at an advanced level (written and spoken).

 

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in the Web Scraping field;
  • Experience in companies with over 500 employees
  • Familiarity with pre-sales processes and creating technical presentations.
