Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a designer (preferably in betting/gambling, IT, or digital sectors).
• A portfolio showcasing work examples: advertising creatives, UI/UX design, animation.
• Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Tilda, Illustrator, After Effects (animation is a plus).
• Understanding UX/UI design principles and the ability to adapt them to the specific features of the betting and gambling industries.
• Experience in creating materials for performance advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Attention to detail, responsibility, creative thinking.
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment and quickly adapt to changes.

Responsibilities:

• Developing graphic materials for websites, mobile applications, and advertising campaigns (banners, promotional materials, UI components).
• Creating creatives for digital marketing: static and animated banners, landing pages, email campaigns.
• Designing interfaces for platforms in the betting and gambling industries (UX/UI design).
• Adapting ready-made layouts for various devices and platforms.
• Participating in the development of visual brand styles and maintaining their consistency.
• Analyzing competitors, trends, and implementing best practices in design.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with 3D graphics or animation.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS principles for effective collaboration with developers.
• Understanding the specifics of design for the betting and gambling target audience.
