IT Project Manager to $2500 Offline

Our client is an IT Staff Augmentation company with a team of over 100 software engineers who work in a collaborative environment with one mission — to deliver the best talent to our partners’ IT teams.

They are more than 10 years in the market and they developed its own AI-based product.
 

It`s outstaffing, so all projects are different. Basically, the duration of projects is from half a year or more. 
 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the project team through the entire project lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
  • Coordinate and facilitate 2-3 weekly team meetings to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Oversee the project’s technical aspects.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define and deliver on project goals and requirements.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budget effectively.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and challenges.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Ensure the project adheres to high-quality standards and meets customer expectations.
     

Essential Skills and Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of experience in managing IT projects (web development), preferably in digital product certification or related fields. 
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and contemporary project management methodologies, Kanban and Agile. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. 
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. 
  • Adaptability to changing project needs and technology trends. 
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus. 

 

Would be a Plus:

  • Confidence in a sales position usually requires, showcasing your ability to charm both potential and existing clients.
  • A proven track record in client communication, relationship building, and understanding customers’ deepest needs.
  • A secret handshake with product management.
