Business System Analyst(Fintech SaaS project) Offline

Our team is growing fast and seeking a Business Analyst to join us in building the next generation of digital solutions.

Our dream candidate has:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Fintech, with a strong background in EMI, PSP, banking systems, and white-label solutions, SaaS.
• Familiarity with both B2B and B2C environments.
• Experience in creating mockups and sketches for user interfaces.
• Proven experience leading third-party integrations and managing complex technical ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of SWIFT payment systems, SEPA and its role in global financial infrastructure (highly preferred).
• Expertise in regulatory and compliance frameworks specific to fintech (e.g., PSD2, AML, KYC).
• Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, UML, and Google tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Understanding of basic usability principles and UI/UX design (Figma).
• Experience with SQL and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of backend architecture (APIs, microservices, etc.).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make strategic decisions based on data.
• Knowledge of business analysis requirements, project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of leading discussions at a senior level.
• B2 English (Upper-intermediate or higher).

What You’ll Do:

• Develop clear and concise technical briefs, requirements, and specifications that capture the project vision and scope.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, scheduling and leading focused meetings to ensure projects run smoothly and align with business objectives.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, development teams, and various departments, guaranteeing transparent communication and timely deliverables.
• Partner with developers and designers—to drive project goals and deliver exceptional product outcomes.
• Conduct engaging presentations and facilitate team discussions, effectively showcasing progress and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
