Recruiter

As a Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our team and culture. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, find candidates who align with our values and goals, and ensure a smooth and engaging hiring process. Your expertise in sourcing, assessing, and presenting top-tier talent will directly impact our company’s growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and develop strategic hiring plans.
- Source and attract candidates through innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and job boards.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who match both the technical and cultural fit for our company.
- Conduct interviews to assess soft skills, technical skills, and alignment with company values.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout recruitment, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Maintain and optimize recruitment tools, systems, and workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, with a focus on hard-to-find skill sets.
- Promote our employer brand by showcasing our values, culture, and growth opportunities to potential candidates.
- Stay updated on market trends and best practices in sourcing and recruiting.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter (3+ years) within the fintech industry is a must.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing and recruiting techniques, with a creative and proactive approach to finding top talent.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, job boards).
- A keen eye for cultural fit and alignment with company values.
- Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A passion for people, problem-solving, and building great teams.
Good to Have:
- Experience working with SEA markets (Thailand/ Malaysia/ Vietnam)
