We are looking for an experienced recruiter, ideally with a sales background, to strengthen our team. Alternatively, this could be a salesperson interested in transitioning to a sales recruiter role.

Requirements:
 

• Minimum 5 years of experience communicating with Western customers.
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or sales.
• Fluent English is required; knowledge of German, Spanish, or Polish is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the full or partial recruitment cycle, with potential support from a Researcher or Sourcer.
• Communicating with clients.
• Assisting in client acquisition and onboarding.
