Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience communicating with Western customers or candidates.
• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment or sales.
• Fluent English is required; knowledge of German, or Spanish is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the full or partial recruitment cycle.
• Potentially, communicating directly with clients or partners.
