eCommerce Account Manager (Shopify Expert + Amazon Manager) Offline

We are a global product development company with a portfolio of supplement brands featured on the Amazon platform (USA, UK, Germany). With over 7 years of successful product promotion experience, we are looking for a highly qualified eCommerce Account Manager who will help grow our E-commerce team.

 

📌Your future tasks:

 

Shopify : 

- Build and customize Shopify stores from scratch to meet brand and business requirements; 

- Recommend and implement third-party apps and integrations to enhance store functionality;

- Troubleshoot and resolve app compatibility issues;

- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, customer behavior, and sales trends;

- Keyword Research and Implementation from the SEO prospective (Shopify SEO Optimization).

 

Amazon :

- propose new product launch strategy, lead launch implementation;

- optimize Amazon listing (texts, B+, A+, user journey);

- provide recommendations on keywords and competitors ads targeting;

- oversee SMM team (UGC, post sales support).
