We are a Ukrainian company based in Spain, dedicated to delivering high-quality web solutions. We’re looking for a talented Webflow Developer with a strong portfolio, advanced skills, and proven experience in designing and developing websites using Webflow.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Development: Design, develop, and maintain highly responsive, visually appealing, and feature-rich websites using Webflow.
• Custom Interactions: Implement advanced animations, interactions, and dynamic content to create an engaging user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless website functionality and meet project objectives.
• Optimization: Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, security, and SEO best practices.
• Third-Party Integrations: Integrate APIs, third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, Airtable), and custom scripts to enhance functionality.
• AI-Powered Features: Collaborate on implementing AI-driven features and personalization elements using Webflow-compatible AI tools or custom integrations.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues, perform rigorous testing, and maintain websites to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Innovation: Stay updated on Webflow’s latest features, trends, and emerging web technologies to continuously improve development practices.
   

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience Level: 3+ years of professional experience working with Webflow, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
• Webflow Mastery: Expertise in using Webflow to build pixel-perfect, interactive, and highly responsive websites.
• AI Integration: Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven features or integrating AI tools into websites (e.g., ChatGPT API, CursorAI, or WindsurfAI).
• Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience customizing Webflow beyond its standard capabilities.
• Third-Party Tools: Experience integrating and automating workflows with tools like Zapier, Airtable, and APIs.
• CMS Expertise: Advanced experience with Webflow CMS management, including dynamic content and complex collections.
• UI/UX Design Knowledge: Solid understanding of modern UI/UX principles and web design best practices.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs that meet high-quality standards.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
   

Bonus Skills:

• AI Technologies: Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face) or experience building AI-powered web features.
• Design Collaboration: Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• SEO & Analytics: Knowledge of advanced SEO techniques and tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or SEMrush.
• E-commerce: Experience working with e-commerce solutions and payment integrations in Webflow.
