💼 Your Mission (aka What You’ll Be Doing)

👋 Onboard Like a Pro – Welcome new clients and guide them through our Upwork growth journey
📊 Track + Support – Monitor client goals, track milestones, and offer help before they even ask
🤝 Build Loyalty – Create relationships that turn clients into fans
🛠️ Be the Fixer – Collaborate with tech + ops to solve issues quickly and clearly
💳 Plan & Billing Mastery – Help with upgrades, billing questions, and account clarity
🛑 Save the Day – Handle cancellations with empathy, and retain clients whenever possible
🕒 Work Smart Hours – Cover US time zones: Start at 12–1PM Kyiv / End at 9–10PM Kyiv

✅ What You Bring

✔️ Experience as a Customer Success Manager in B2B (SaaS = big bonus)
✔️ You really get Upwork and how to help clients win there
✔️ Excellent communicator – You listen well, speak clearly, and write like a pro
✔️ Problem-solver mindset – You anticipate needs and love creating win-win solutions
✔️ Comfortable juggling things solo or collaborating with a team
✔️ Tools? You’ve used Intercom, HubSpot, Notion and love staying organized
✔️ Bonus if you know search magic like Boolean or ElasticSearch
✔️ Fluent English, both spoken and written
