Project Manager

  Viso is an outsourcing IT company that transforms clients' vision into technological solutions.

   As Viso continues to expand, we’re seeking a Project Manager to strengthen our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to effectively lead our project teams. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects while ensuring high quality standards and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing full project lifecycle;
• Project planning, setting goals, tasks, and scope of work;
• Conducting daily meetings;
• Client and stakeholder communication;
• Control and coordinate the workload of your team members (mostly 2−7 people), and help them with problems that arise during development processes;
• Prepare project documentation and keep it up to date;
• Identify and document project risks and issues, escalating when appropriate, and developing mitigation strategies to minimize project impacts;
• Participating in new project negotiations.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing software development projects, from planning to delivery;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to ask insightful and relevant questions to uncover client needs and expectations, and turn them into technical descriptions;
• Ability to understand complex client requests and turn them into technical descriptions;
• Ability to identify risks, and coordinate with the team to find mitigation strategies;
• High level of organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
• B2+ level of written and spoken English;
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to build open, strong, and long-lasting relationships with clients;
• Experience in the preparation of commercial proposals and assessment of labor costs;
• This position is available for on-site work in Lviv.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM or from 10 AM to 7 PM (with 1 hour break for lunch)

• 1st stage — Test task;
• 2nd stage — HR-Interview;
• 3rd stage — Tech-Interview;
