Product Owner to adTech SaaS to $5000 Offline
This is one of those rare times we’re looking for someone not for our own team – we’re also hiring for our friends’ company (spoiler: their company is much cooler).
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our team and lead the development of an advanced adTech SaaS product tailored for the healthcare and pharma industries. In this role, you will manage the product backlog, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver user-focused solutions that drive success. You’ll play a key part in bringing innovative healthcare marketing solutions to life in a good collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Product Backlog. Develop, prioritize, and refine the product backlog to guide development efforts.
- Stakeholder Management. Serve as the main link between stakeholders and the development team, managing expectations and incorporating feedback.
- Define Requirements. Create clear user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee Development and Releases. Collaborate with design and development teams to deliver high-quality features, manage testing, and address post-release issues.
- Review Progress. Participate in sprint reviews to evaluate progress and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Market and User Research. Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and share insights.
- Analyze Data. Use analytics to identify bottlenecks, optimize user experience, and improve product performance.
- Maintain Documentation. Ensure product documentation is comprehensive, up-to-date, and accessible.
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency.
- High level of self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to gather and incorporate internal/external stakeholder feedback.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
