About the Job
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and motivated UX Project Owner who is passionate about project management and strives to become a professional manager in the next three years. Whether you have a background in design and want to transition into management or have prior managerial experience, we value your unique perspective. Experience in IT is not mandatory but will be a plus. This role requires someone with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn about UX/UI design and project management processes.
Main responsibilities
🔸 Project Initiation: Organize project kick-offs, define goals, and establish clear roadmaps.
🔸 Timeline Management: Ensure deadlines are met and milestones are achieved.
🔸 Scope Control: Monitor project boundaries to prevent scope creep.
🔸 Task Creation: Assign tasks to designers and follow up on progress.
🔸 Team Load Monitoring: Track team member workloads to ensure balance.
🔸 Client Management: Serve as the point of contact for clients, manage communications, and collect feedback.
🔸 Team Collaboration: Inspire, motivate, and guide the team; organize productive meetings.
🔸 Documentation: Maintain clarity and order in project documentation and resources.
🔸 Process Ownership: Take full responsibility for project success and team output.
🔸 Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze client and team feedback to improve processes.
🔸 Learning and Development: Continuously learn about UX/UI practices, ask questions, and implement improvements.
