Mid/Senior Data Science engineer to $5000 Offline

The company is helping insurers to become data-driven and produce insights to inform decision making and drive new business strategies at the corporate level.

We're growing and looking for a top talented Data Scientist to join our team.

What you'll do:
End to end data science cycle: designing, training, implementing, evaluating and monitoring machine learning models
Customer Churn Model, Forecasting, Segmentation, Classification and Regression
Collaborate with product managers and customers to understand business needs and build solutions together
Effectively identify and apply analytics, causal inference, experimentation, and machine learning techniques for given business problems
Present your research and insights to all levels of the company (English is a must)
What are we looking for:

-+3 years professional experience in Machine Learning.
-MSc / PhD  in Computer Science / Mathematics / Statistics / Physics or equivalent.
-Start-up industry experience - must. 
-!!! Proficiency in Python, SQL, Numpy and Pandas
- !!! Industry experience from inception to production of ML models (such as time series, clustering, regression and classification algorithms) and Tabular Data
-Strong skills in data exploration, analysis, and visualization
-Team player, positive attitude, collaborative, good communication skills
-Strong problem-solving skills, with experience breaking down a large problem into smaller, manageable components.

It will also be great if you have:
-Experience in Insurance or Fintech
-Experience working with reporting tools such as PowerBi/Tableau
