Senior Database Developer Offline

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administer and optimize databases, including MS SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Oracle.
2. Utilize cloud technologies such as Amazon RDS, Aurora, ElastiCache, DynamoDB, Azure SQL Database, Database for PostgreSQL/MySQL, and Cosmos DB.
3. Analyze and transform business requirements into efficient and scalable technical solutions.
4. Collaborate with service owners and stakeholders to align project goals with technical implementation.
5. Conduct database architecture reviews to ensure alignment with global and regional project dependencies.
6. Implement and optimize global data center services and ITIL processes.
7. Maintain the highest standards of data security and compliance.

8. Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

    

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in database administration and management across multiple platforms.
• Deep understanding of IT processes and dependencies in global projects.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services and database technologies.

• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.

   

Essential Skills:

• Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (6+ years), PostgreSQL (6+ years), MySQL (6+ years), and Oracle Database (6+ years).
• Familiarity with Amazon RDS (4+ years), Amazon Aurora (4+ years), Elasticsearch (3+ years), and Amazon DynamoDB (4+ years).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure SQL Database (4+ years) and Azure Cosmos DB (4+ years).
• Proficiency in MySQL Programming (7+ years) and PostgreSQL Programming (3+ years).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with global database architecture quality reviews.
• Expertise in implementing ITIL processes.
• Familiarity with data security and compliance standards.
