About the Role:
We seek a skilled and results-driven Marketing Manager to increase organic leads by managing and increasing visibility for our company website, growing our LinkedIn presence, and successfully launching new products. The ideal candidate has worked in SEO agencies, has a creative mindset, and a strategic approach to marketing, ensuring measurable results in lead generation and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- LinkedIn Growth & Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase LinkedIn visibility, engagement, and generate B2B leads.
- Collaborate with the team to refine outreach and optimize the company's professional profile.
- Monitor LinkedIn analytics and adjust strategies to ensure optimal performance.
- Website Optimization & SEO:
- Coordinate with SEO contractors to optimize the company website for higher traffic and improved search engine rankings.
- Identify and implement content opportunities for blog posts, case studies, and landing pages that drive organic growth.
- Product Launch Marketing:
- Plan and execute campaigns for launching new products, ensuring maximum visibility and reach.
- Align marketing strategies with broader company objectives, collaborating with product and sales teams.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Craft high-quality, engaging content for LinkedIn, the company website, and other platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Oversee contractors to create visuals, animations, and videos aligned with campaign goals.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor website traffic, LinkedIn performance, and campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and SEMrush.
- Present regular reports with actionable insights to improve strategy and performance.
- Market & Competitor Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors’ strategies, and innovative marketing practices.
Leverage insights to keep AdFlagger at the forefront of the market.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in SEO agencies and of 4 years in marketing, with a track record of success in SEO, website management, and LinkedIn growth.
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) and website content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
- Basic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or similar.
- Mindset:
- Strategic thinker with a creative edge.
- Self-driven and organized, able to juggle multiple priorities.
Data-driven approach to decision-making.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with B2B marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Background in launching SaaS products or working in tech startups.
