Email Deliverability Manager Offline

Vegangster’s Support and Service Team in Riga is currently seeking for an Email Deliverability Manager who will be the go-to expert for all things email infrastructure, sender reputation, and inbox placement. You’ll work closely with our marketing, product, and engineering teams to optimize email performance and ensure compliance with industry best practices.

Your skills:

• At least 2 years of experience in email marketing with a focus on deliverability.
• Deep knowledge of email delivery standards and protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Experience with email servers and settings for optimizing deliverability.
• Practical experience in warming IP addresses and managing domain reputations.
• Experience in managing projects for integrating new technological solutions in email marketing.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms related to email campaigns.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
   

Your tasks will include:

• Monitoring and optimizing message deliverability: Actively manage the deliverability of emails, including the analysis and optimization of indicators such as open rates, click rates, and spam complaints.
• Managing the reputation of email campaigns: Monitor the sender's reputation, manage IP addresses and domain names, and maintain SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records.
• IP Warming: Develop and implement strategies for effectively warming new IP addresses to maximize deliverability and avoid spam filters.
• ISP and ESP Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with Internet Service Providers (ISP) and Email Service Providers (ESP).
• Technical Support for the Marketing Team: Support the marketing team in implementing complex campaigns by providing technical support and consulting on deliverability issues.
• Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze campaign data and prepare reports on deliverability, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Implementing new tools and adding new senders: Develop and implement processes for adding new email senders and integrating new tools to enhance deliverability and analytics campaigns.
