Our Support and Service Team in Riga is seeking an B2B Operations Manager to take full ownership of ongoing projects and the setup of new initiatives within the B2B iGaming sector.

The role requires strong understanding of operational and financial metrics, independent decision-making, and communication. The goal is to delegate full operational ownership and ensure stable growth and controlled financial performance.

Please note that this is an on-site role based in Riga, Latvia. If you’re currently based elsewhere, we can consider relocation support for candidates who are a strong fit for the role.

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B iGaming operations or project management, ideally in a fast-paced, data-driven environment (2+ years preferred);
• Experience as a CRM / engagement / retention manager, with readiness to grow into a broader operational, partner-facing role;
• Understanding of operational models, knowledge of financial models is a plus.

Skills:

• Confident Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, analysis);
• Atlassian Suite;
• CRM analytics and working with data:
  • Reading and interpreting retention / CRM metrics (e.g., retention, reactivation, churn, LTV, conversion by segment);
  • Cohort analysis and user segmentation;
  • Evaluating promo campaign effectiveness (conversion / ROI);
  • Ability to turn data into operational decisions, not just read the numbers.
• High level of English knowledge;
• Ownership - makes decisions independently, doesn't wait for instructions;
• Comfortable working under pressure and juggling multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

Project Setup:

• Launching new projects under own operation;
• Communication and alignment on the project development vector and operational flows with IT solutions users;
• Coordination of BPM / CRM / Finance / Support;
• Deadline control;
• Control of project readiness for go-live.

Daily Operations:

• KPI control;
• Control of promo launch and correctness;
• Coordination of internal departments;
• Escalations and independent operational decisions;
• Project development and proposals to improve metrics;
• Providing project performance reports.

B2B Communication:

• Communication with IT solutions users on operational matters;
• Resolution of disputed situations;
• Participation in status calls;
• Proactive communication on issues requiring urgent decisions.
