Talent Acquisition Specialist
Genesis is a Ukrainian co-founding IT company and one of the largest publishers of non-gaming applications. Together with the best entrepreneurs from Central and Eastern Europe, we create and develop global technology businesses. Our main markets are the USA, Europe, and Africa.
As a co-founding company, Genesis initially provides promising startups with the necessary resources and expertise for growth and then supports the project until it becomes an independent business. Currently, 25 projects are being developed within our ecosystem across four main areas: mobile applications, online media, e-commerce, and R&D.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team, which is the central function of the Genesis ecosystem and has three development vectors: strategic consulting for internal projects, payment consulting, and AI development for our own projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating job postings and placing them on job boards;
- Actively searching for relevant candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn, Djinni, and others;
- Conducting high-quality sourcing;
- Conducting interviews with candidates and providing feedback within established deadlines;
- Maintaining the candidate database;
- Communicating with hiring managers;
- Reporting on the talent search process.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an IT recruiter;
- Ability to source the right people and write compelling messages that move candidates toward a job offer;
- High quantitative and qualitative results in closing vacancies;
- Experience with ATS systems;
- High level of communication skills, negotiation skills, and handling objections;
- Focused on results, flexible, able to work and learn quickly, proactive;
- Proficiency in direct search techniques.
