HR People Partner Offline

Stay Group is an innovative Marketing company with a mission to help businesses acquire their target customers and create top-tier solutions in the iGaming and entertainment industry. We are looking for an HR People Partner to improve employee onboarding, streamline processes, and implement initiatives for a positive workplace culture.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve the onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and integrated into the company culture.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with employees to understand their needs, challenges, and aspirations.
  • Partner with team managers to enhance employee well-being and engagement.
  • Develop a comprehensive event strategy to boost employee engagement and strengthen team dynamics.
  • Streamline offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions, conducting exit interviews to gather insights and feedback.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies and initiatives to enhance the company’s internal brand and promote a positive employee experience.
  • Support developing, promoting, and implementing learning programs and initiatives (workshops, training sessions, mentorship programs).
  • Plan, organize, and execute online and offline events, such as team-building activities, workshops, and corporate gatherings.
     

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, employee engagement, and internal communications.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills for informed decision-making.
  • Proactive and creative mindset to approach challenges with innovative solutions.
  • High level of empathy and emotional intelligence.
  • Passion for improving employee experiences and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Proficiency in English at a minimum B1 level.
