Account Manager (Adtech, Programmatic, RTB) Offline

Ubidex is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our professional and friendly team. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with new and existing publishers. You will ensure smooth integrations, optimize traffic quality, and help drive performance for campaigns of our clients.

To succeed in this role, the candidate should have relevant digital experience and have previously held any of the following positions: Account Manager, Supply Side Manager, Publisher Manager, or Business Development Manager (traffic supply) in a DSP/SSP or other AdTech company.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new publishers to expand our traffic sources.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with existing publishers.
• Coordinate technical integrations (APIs, RTB) and ensure seamless connection to our platform.
• Analyze traffic performance and discrepancies (events, financials).
• Monitor and optimize supply sources to drive growth and quality.
• Discover alternative traffic sources and develop strong relationships with publishers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (finance, support, and tech) to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new traffic acquisition strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, or digital media.
• Proven track record of onboarding and managing publisher relationships.
• Strong understanding of DSPs, SSPs, RTB, and programmatic ecosystems.
• Experience with API integrations and technical troubleshooting.
• Analytical skills to assess performance metrics (CPA, CPC, CPM).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Ukrainian (additional languages are a plus).
