UI/UX Design Lead – Product Department (FinTech) Offline
We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our Product Department. As a UI/UX Design Lead you will be at the forefront of creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered designs for our FinTech products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our products deliver a seamless and engaging user experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct user interviews and surveys to identify the key challenges and motivations users face during the loan application process.
- Analyse user behavior at various touchpoints in the customer journey to inform design improvements (e.g., loan application form, document submission).
- Develop personas and user journey maps to visually represent different customer segments and their interactions with the service.
- Conduct usability testing (remote/in-person) to evaluate how real users interact with loan application forms, dashboards, and other interfaces.
- Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes based on research findings.
- Test different design iterations with users to optimise the loan application process and reduce friction (e.g., simplifying form fields, improving navigation).
- Provide clear and actionable recommendations for design improvements based on usability test results.
- Collect feedback from customers post-loan to understand their experience and areas of improvement.
- Conduct A/B tests to compare different design versions (e.g., changes to loan application layout or button placement) and determine which performs best.
- Define key UX metrics (e.g., usability score, task success rate, user satisfaction) to measure the effectiveness of design changes.
- Track long-term improvements in user engagement, loyalty, and retention based on enhanced user experience.
- Iterate on designs based on continuous monitoring and feedback from users, ensuring a cycle of ongoing optimisation.
Professional Qualifications:

- A strong sense of empathy and user advocacy, with a passion for solving user problems through design.
