Front-End Engineer (offline)

At thredUP, we have cross-functional teams working together to revolutionize the clothing industry and we're looking for an engineer to work closely with our Product team to inspire a new generation of consumers to think secondhand first. You’ll be expected to work on our next-generation front-end (React & ApolloJS delivered isomorphically with NodeJS). What We Care About:
Setting realistic developer time estimates and completing them on time.
Implementing experiments and collaborate with stakeholders to cycle iteratively with validated learnings.
Pushing code that’s well tested and improves the overall quality of the codebase.
Following projects past deployment to ensure the code is acting as intended.
Thoroughly reviewing peer's code through pull requests.
Being open to pairing, knowledge transfer, and teaching other engineers.
Making sure all user-facing bugs are squashed as soon as possible.
Wanting to improve our processes and engineering culture.

Requirements:
Production level web engineering experience (E-commerce is a bonus).
Believer in automated testing.
Strong front-end skills (React preferred).
Familiar with Git.
Ability to work well with non-engineer stakeholders.

As a plus:
Node.js experience.
Knowledge of front-end performance optimization.
Experience working with GraphQL.
