Product Manager (Crypto, Non-Custodial Wallets) to $4000 Offline

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Crypto Product Manager with expertise in non-custodial wallets to join our team. For this role, we are looking for an experienced individual with a Swiss-army knife mentality and a hands-on work ethic to lead the development and enhancement of innovative wallet solutions that prioritize security, decentralization, and user experience.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure our products meet market demands, address user needs, and align with the company’s strategic vision. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of decentralized technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Vision: Define and communicate a long-term strategy for our crypto wallet, ensuring alignment with company objectives KPIs. Collaborate closely with local and global dev-teams to establish clear, achievable product requirements and to bridge communication between engineering and other departments.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay abreast of trends, assess customer needs, and analyze competitors. Collect and analyze user feedback to guide product improvements iteratively over time.
• User-Centric Design: Promote a user-first design approach by working with modern UX/UI principles and design to ensure an intuitive, secure wallet experience.
• Security and Compliance: Work with our in-house and external security specialists to meet our security standards and ensure compliance to relevant regulation.
• Customer Communication: Act as a product representative, engaging with users and the wider crypto community through various channels.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of product management experience within payments and crypto.
• Proven track record in developing and executing product strategy for consumer-facing products.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the overall crypto ecosystem, including technological narratives, composability, stablecoins, and emerging trends.
• Strong understanding of payments, remittance, and other related sub-verticals across both web and mobile platforms.
• Hands-on experience with non-custodial wallets, including the ability to strategize and execute their launch and successful integration into the market.
• Proactive mindset with a knack for finding innovative yet practical solutions to complex problems.
• Expertise in data gathering, quantitative analysis, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Deep understanding of project management principles and best practices.
