HR Administrator (USA Logistics) to $2000

Responsibilities

  • Collecting and updating employee data (new hires and current employees).
  • Managing company documentation and internal paperwork.
  • Office-related tasks: ordering equipment and supplies, registering new team members.
  • Pre-onboarding support: preparing and signing documents, issuing equipment, and creating profiles in the CRM system.
  • Tracking vacations, sick leaves, and other absences in the company calendar.
  • Initial screening of candidates for positions in the Kyiv office.
  • Handling personal tasks for the CEO.
  • Supporting the HR department with daily operational tasks.
  • Communication with drivers regarding basic questions and documentation updates.

What we’re looking for

  • At least 6 months of experience as an HR Admin or Office Manager.
  • Experience working with HR documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility.
  • English level C1.
  • Confident use of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms).
