Technical Delivery Manager
We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with a deep understanding of management principles, bright organization, and analytical abilities. You’ll be working at the international projects for a company-provider of an audit, consulting and financial advisory from the USA.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 3 years of project management experience in the IT field
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Scrum, SAFE etc.), cloud technologies, and DevOps practices.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
- English Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate at minimum.
Client Focus: A customer-centric approach, prioritizing client satisfaction and building long-term relationships. Experience of US outsource projects is welcomed.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align project goals with broader business objectives.
- Mentorship: Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members.
- Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of the audit domain.
- Complex Project Management: Proven track record of managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Team Leadership: Build, lead and mentor technical teams, fostering a collaborative, friendly and high-performing environment.
- Scrum Master Role: Coaching and serving the team. Driving the process.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Communication: Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
- Reporting: Regularly report project progress and status to the client and internal management
