Senior Golang Lead Developer

We are looking for a Senior Golang Lead Developer to design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services. You will lead a team, mentor developers, and ensure high-quality code delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize backend services and APIs with Golang.
• Architect scalable, secure, and performant solutions.
• Implement core features: routing, storage, session handling, and real-time communication.
• Integrate technologies such as Redis, MySQL, InfluxDB, and OpenAI APIs.

• Mentor junior developers and manage team workflows.

   

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Golang backend development.
• Proficient in Redis, MySQL, InfluxDB, OpenAI APIs
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and containerization (e.g., Docker).
• Excellent debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.

• Working with startups experience

   

Preferred

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and scalable database design.
• Familiarity with tools like go-micro, grpc, or similar.
• PHP Laravel experience

• AI/ML experience
