Your Skills:

• 2+ years of experience as a BA/SA/PO in software and/or embedded
  software companies.
• Significant Agile experience
• Deep use of Atlassian Product stack. 
• Experience of working with Git would be an advantage 
• Deep understanding and practical ability to use approaches of eliciting, aggregating, analyzing and managing requirements.
• Exhaustive experience in creating and maintaining a Product
  Documentation System: Product Vision Statement, BRDs, PRDs, FRDs,
  Specifications, Use Cases, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria in a clear and concise form. 
• Versatility and competence in creation of system/process diagrams (UML, BPMN) 
• Upper-intermediate (B2+) English, strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of software architecture and microservices, IP protocol stack, REST API design, integration protocols and data formats. 
• Understanding of both software and hardware products development
  processes would be an advantage

Your Impact:

• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements
  workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
• Organize and hold meetings with the Team. Communicate with the Team members to ensure that documents produced keep technology efforts aligned with company objectives. Proactive communication and collaboration with external and internal specialists may be needed
• Create and maintain clear and concise Product Documentation hierarchy. Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal specialists to analyze information needs and functional requirements, and deliver the related artifacts
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, coordinate discrepancies and conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
• Assist in organizing and prioritizing the Backlog
• Work with Product and Process metrics and their analysis
• Help the subject matter experts establish the joint technical vision and
  analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs, effort required and impact provided
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate
  interpretation and implementation of business requirements
• Continuously improve processes and propose solutions to ongoing
  procedural challenges
