We're looking for a People Development Partner to join our People & Communication team! You will be a key person in creating an environment where every employee can grow and find job satisfaction. In this role, you'll go above and beyond traditional HR β you'll ensure a unique employee experience, talent development, and manager support.
Your main responsibilities will include:
People: Full employee lifecycle management
- You'll be responsible for onboarding, support, performance reviews, and offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience at every stage of working at EVA. Thanks to you, employees will feel valued and appreciated from day one until their last.
Development: Talent development and evaluation
- You'll support employees in their development, conduct Performance Review meetings, implement Career Paths, and update Main Job Files. You'll create a motivating Compensation System because we know how important it is to reward commitment and effective work.
Partner: Supporting managers and building lasting relationships
- You'll be a partner to our leaders β advising them on labor law and helping them make decisions that strengthen teams. You'll create strategies that help retain top talent, building a culture based on trust and collaboration.

Remuneration: 9,000 PLN net on a B2B contract, and after completing a 3-month trial period, you can count on an additional variable part of up to 2,000 PLN net.
What will you be doing?
- Full employee lifecycle management β coordinating onboarding, performance reviews, retention, and offboarding, ensuring a smooth experience at every stage.
- Performance Reviews and Career Paths β managing the performance evaluation process, communicating next steps, implementing career paths, and updating Main Job Files.
- Manager support β advising on labor law and team relations, supporting leaders in making HR decisions.
- Monitoring changes in labor law β updating procedures in line with the latest regulations.
Who are we looking for?
- We are looking for someone with experience in creating Career Paths, conducting Performance Reviews, and managing the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding).
- We are looking for someone with the ability to create HR processes that support the development of the team and the organization.
- Knowledge of labor law and ensuring that documentation complies with regulations are important qualities for us.
- We are looking for an open, communicative person who can build lasting relationships.

- B2 level English is required as communication with the international team is part of daily work.
- The ideal candidate will be ready to occasionally support recruitment processes (ad hoc), ensuring the selection of the best candidates.
