Head of Sales (US market) $$$ Offline

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and oversee our sales operations within the logistics sector. We are an international company providing transport logistics services in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on both inbound and outbound sales efforts.
• Take ownership of outbound sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and securing new business opportunities.
• Establish clear performance targets, KPIs, and expectations for each team member.
• Provide systematic and accurate sales reports regularly
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to gauge team success and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term retention and growth.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with broader company initiatives and target audiences.

Key Expectations:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Head of Sales Manager
• Experience in selling Logistic services will be a plus
• English Level Upper-Intermediate/Advanced
• Ability to work independently and drive results without close supervision, acting as a self-sufficient unit
• Strong management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both internal stakeholders and external clients at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills

Working hours: 15:00 - 00:00 Monday - Friday (with remote work from 22:00 to 00:00)
