The client is a SaaS platform that helps to enhance remote work experience. It helps with time tracking, payroll, workforce management, attendance tracking, integrations with various tools and communication platforms.

Requirements
Looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer only based in one of the following countries: Brazil, Argentina, Poland, or Romania.
The current team comprises 40+ engineers, QAs, DevOps, BAs, etc.

Tech requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails;
• Experience with JavaScript, and Postgres or MySQL.
   

Additional requirements
English: Upper-intermediate+

• Experience with background workers (Sidekiq) and unit testing (Jest, rspec, etc.).
• Knowledge of React, Vue.js, Solr, service workers architecture, and advanced SQL.

Interview process
3-step process:

1. HackerRank assignment;
2. Technical interview+live coding;

Cultural fit interview with the CEO.
